Wholesale Terms and Conditions of Sale
Thank you for your interest in becoming a Barn Yarn Partner! Please take a few minutes to read our Wholesale Terms & Conditions. Qualifications:
- Wholesale accounts are limited to brick-and-mortar stores and makers of finished products only. If you are a brick-and-mortar store or maker and also have an online store as well, you are welcome to retail Barn Yarn yarn online.
- Must have a State Sales Tax License Number and Federal EIN. You will need to provide a copy of this documentation for my records before your first order can be placed.
- Prices must not be advertised below retail pricing at www.barnyarn.com (see table below)
Wholesale Terms:
- Initial order: Minimum purchase of 30 skeins. 10 skein minimum on reorders.
- Minimum of 5 skeins per colorway
- A non-refundable 50% deposit is due once the order is placed. A final invoice will be sent once the order is dyed and ready to ship. Order will not be shipped until paid in full.
- Payment options: Credit card or PayPal
Shipping: Customers are responsible for shipping and insurance costs charged on the final invoice. Insurance is required to cover both parties against lost/stolen/damaged shipments. All domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS. Shipping times may vary depending on location. International orders are shipped via DHL.
Lead Time: All wholesale orders are made-to-order. Fulfillment, or time it takes to prepare your order for shipping, may take up to 8 weeks. You will be notified if your order will take longer. NOTE: Fulfillment time does not include shipping time. Shipping times are up to the carrier (USPS, UPS or DHL) and may vary according to your location.
Cancellations: A non-refundable deposit of 50% is due at the time of ordering to cover the cost of materials and order processing. This 50% deposit is non-refundable if you decide to cancel your order prior to shipping. Once a wholesale order is shipped it cannot be cancelled.
Returns: If you are not happy with something in your order, replacement or refund for the item is available upon the following conditions:
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of original shipping date or confirmed date of receipt, whichever is latest. Returns must be confirmed in writing prior to return.
- All items must be in original condition, i.e., yarn that has not been cast on or wound into a ball, contains no odors, not exposed to smoke, perfume or otherwise altered.
- Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the retailer
- Returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Agreement of Terms: By placing an order with the Barn Yarn, you hereby understand and agree to abide by all the policies set forth by this agreement. These terms are subject to change at any time and you will be notified of such changes. We reserve the right to refuse any wholesale order for any reason. We reserve the right to terminate any wholesale account found to be violating this agreement or any of the other terms and conditions stated herein.
