Shipping

We can ship anywhere in the United States, Canada and the UK. In-stock items usually ship in 2-4 business days.  Shipping prices will be shown in the shopping cart during checkout. 

For locations outside of the US, Canada and the UK please email us at loft@barnyarn.com prior to purchase to determine if shipping can be arranged. 

International Shipping: In-stock orders shipped to an address outside the United States will usually ship in 2-4 business days. Generally, orders arrive within 2-3 weeks.

If your order contains any pre-ordered items, your entire order will ship when the pre-ordered item is ready. The approximate release date will be shown on the preordered product when you place your order. Please note that date is an approximation of when we expect to have your yarn ready, and the exact ship date may vary.

If you're in a rush for any particular color, please order only items that are in stock (they won't say Pre-Order in the title), and order all pre-order items separately.

All US orders of $50 or more get free USPS First Class shipping.

Returns Policy

We want your entire experience with us to be a great one! If you are unhappy in any way, please reach out to us at loft@barnyarn.com and we will work with you to make sure you're happy.

Sorry, we don't offer exchanges. We recommend you return items and place a separate order for items you would prefer. Our items are unique and sell quickly, therefore, we cannot guarantee any item will remain in stock or be restocked once sold out.

We want you happy! We know you have choices. We appreciate you visiting our site and purchasing our yarn. If you, for any reason, are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it for a full refund; provided that the items(s):

• Where not designated as non-returnable.
• Your return is made within thirty (30) days of delivery.
• The merchandise is returned in the same condition as originally received by you (i.e., not used, with all product tags attached and in twisted hank form, not exposed to strong fragrances, not exposed to smoke).

Once the goods are received by us, we will refund your purchase price less any applicable shipping. You bear the risk of loss or damage during return shipment (other than when returning non-conforming merchandise) and as such, you are advised to obtain appropriate insurance. Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the applicable purchase.
