Sorry, we don't offer exchanges. We recommend you return items and place a separate order for items you would prefer. Our items are unique and sell quickly, therefore, we cannot guarantee any item will remain in stock or be restocked once sold out.

- Where not designated as non-returnable.
- Your return is made within thirty (30) days of delivery.
- The merchandise is returned in the same condition as originally received by you (i.e., not used, with all product tags attached and in twisted hank form, not exposed to strong fragrances, not exposed to smoke).
Once the goods are received by us, we will refund your purchase price, less any applicable shipping. You bear the risk of loss or damage during return shipment (other than when returning non-conforming merchandise) and as such, you are advised to obtain appropriate insurance. Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the applicable purchase.
